Appellants, Maurice Heberly, Jr. and Roger Thyfault, were convicted following a submission on stipulated evidence of possession of marijuana for sale, a felony. The court entered judgment and suspended the imposition of sentence on each appellant for three years and ordered that each pay a fine and surcharge of $244.00.
