On June 28, 1977, the two circuit judges having criminal jurisdiction in the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas, acting under authority of Act 279 of 1975, entered an order in Pulaski Circuit Court case No. C75-938 continuing the operation of the existing Public Defender System.
