This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the infant plaintiff, Salvatore Sangeminio, when he was struck, while riding his bicycle, by a motor vehicle owned and operated by the individual defendant, Jack Zuckerberg, an Internal Revenue Officer. The accident occurred on April 25, 1977, and this action was commenced against Zuckerberg in New York State Supreme Court, Kings County...
