Presently before the court is the motion of plaintiff, Victoria Station, Inc., for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff alleges that defendant, Clarefield, Inc., has infringed upon plaintiff's trademark, "VICTORIA STATION," in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et seq.
