This appeal arises out of the trial court's denial of a motion to compel delivery of funds in the hands of the garnishee1, and recalling, vacating, and setting aside a rule against the clerk of court for refund of cost deposits. The motion to compel and the rule for refund were brought by Jonathan Harris, one of the defendants in the original suit, Board of Trustees of the East Baton Rouge Mortgage Finance Authority...
