Decided November 3, 1978.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Martha Wyatt, with whom were Alan Hilliard Legum and Legum, Cochran & Chartrand, P.A. on the brief, for appellants.

This appeal comes to this Court following the action of the Circuit Court for Allegany County in reversing the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Allegany County which had denied appellee's application for a conditional use in an "A" district, namely an extractive type industry, commonly referred to as "strip mining".
