HAYS, Justice.

Appellant Frank Baldwin Davis, Jr., was found guilty by a jury of obstructing justice and assault with a deadly weapon. Imposition of sentence was suspended, and appellant was placed on probation for five years. As a condition of probation, appellant was required to spend six months in the Maricopa County Jail.
