This appeal is from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, awarding custody of Cyril Edward Sagan to his father. Appellant claims that the lower court lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the person of Cyril, and consequently had no power to issue its order; alternatively, she claims that the lower court erred by awarding custody to her husband.
