This is a medical malpractice case. At approximately 11 p.m. on March 20, 1967, the plaintiff received an electrical shock while at work. This shock allegedly caused the plaintiff to suffer a dislocated shoulder. After initially visiting a clinic for treatment, the plaintiff went to the defendant Mt.
