ORDER

MURPHY, District Judge.

On April 27, 1977, plaintiff Marlene Parker purchased a new Cordoba Chrysler automobile from defendant DeKalb Chrysler Plymouth ("DeKalb") and financed a portion of the purchase price. The paper was "assigned" to defendant Fidelity National Bank ("Fidelity"). On May 2, 1977, Ms. Parker signed a general release for $500.00, discharging DeKalb Chrysler Plymouth from any claims arising out of the purchase of the automobile.
