SUGG, Justice, for the Court:

The Grand Jury of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County returned three indictments against the defendant charging that he embezzled $25,000, $75,000 and $100,000 in money which was the property of the State of Mississippi. On defendant's motion to consolidate the indictments for trial, the trial court consolidated the indictments charging the $25,000 and $75,000 embezzlements, but not the $100,000 embezzlement...
