Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of murder, attempt murder, armed robbery, attempt armed robbery and aggravated battery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, pars. 9-1, 18-2, 8-4, 12-4), and was sentenced to concurrently serve 15-25 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
