These cases arise from a fire which burned the Nevada County, Arkansas Jail on January 31, 1976. Mrs. Lou Costello Hamilton, administratrix of the estate of Billy Wayne Hamilton, contends that her deceased husband who was incarcerated in the jail was killed from smoke inhalation from the fire.
