Defendant pled guilty to second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and was sentenced to a life term. The plea was offered after jurisdiction over the defendant had been waived by the probate court under JCR 1969, 11.6 and MCL 712A.4; MSA 27.3178(598.4).
