This case arises from a collision involving an automobile driven by Cecil M. Long, appellant, and a van truck owned by REA Express Company (REA) and driven by Paul L. Cameron (Cameron), respondents. Cecil Long and Cameron were the only occupants of the vehicles at the time of the collision.
