At the outset, we note that the Authority derives its existence and powers from Chapter 98, Public-Local Laws of 1941, as amended. Section 7 of said Chapter 98, as amended by Chapter 601, Session Laws of 1943 and Chapter 793, Session Laws of 1969, authorizes the Authority to acquire needed...
