After a nonjury trial, defendants, Rodger Clifton and Harry Peterson, were found jointly and severally liable to plaintiff, Texaco, Inc., in the amount of $332,679.08 and defendants, Marlene Peterson and Jeanette Clifton, were found, jointly with the other defendants and severally, liable to plaintiff in the amount of $100,000. Defendants' liability was based on documents which they executed guarantying payment...
