This suit was instituted by appellees, landowners, against the appellant, City of Forney, seeking to have four 1960 annexation ordinances declared invalid. Appellees and appellant each filed motions for summary judgment. The trial court granted appellees' motion and entered its judgment declaring the four 1960 annexation ordinances unconstitutional and in all things null and void ab initio.
