Respondent-appellant Christopher Michael Jennings appeals from the revocation of his probation by the Harrison Juvenile Court.

FACTS

In 1974 Jennings and another boy pled guilty to car theft. Both were adjudged delinquents and placed on probation until they attained the age of majority. In 1976 Jennings and another boy were charged in Dubois County with inflicting injury during a robbery. As a result...
