This is a condemnation case in which the city condemned a drainage easement across the landowners' property, and now appeals from an adverse jury award. The city appeals essentially on the grounds that the trial court erred in concluding as a matter of law that the landowner could not physically cross the easement and in refusing to admit into evidence certain "block-up sales" used by one of the city's experts in arriving at his opinion of the market...
