Mary Joy King appeals from a conviction of murder and sentence to life imprisonment by the Circuit Court of Clay County.

Mary Joy was the wife of Bruce King, Jr., and resided with him and their three children in the city of Oxford. On the night of November 30, 1976, Bruce King, Jr. was shot and killed in his residence.
