This is a slip and fall case which occurred at Carswell Air Force Base Commissary in Fort Worth, Texas. The suit is brought pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U.S.C. 1346(b) and 28 U.S.C. 2671, et seq.) since for the purpose of said act the Carswell Air Force Base Commissary is an agency of the United States.
