This is an appeal by the district attorney from a decision of the District Court of Routt County granting defendant's motion to dismiss a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. The district court based its dismissal of the trespass charge on our decision in People v. Calvaresi, 188 Colo. 277, 534 P.2d 316 (1975). We find Calvaresi not applicable, and, therefore, we reverse the judgment of the district...
