The Appellee, Government Employees Credit Union of El Paso (GECU), filed suit against Elias Casillas and wife, Angie Casillas, to recover the unpaid balance on a promissory note, plus interest and attorney's fees, and to foreclose a security interest in certain personal property given to secure the indebtedness.
