BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Stephen Cletis Bishop, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-76-3946, with Taking Indecent Liberties With a Child Under the Age of Fourteen Years, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1123.
