Bernard Stewart was convicted by a jury of burglarizing a Federal Credit Union in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a). He was given a three-year sentence. Stewart appeals from the denial of a motion to suppress a confession he signed after having been given incomplete Miranda warnings.
