OPINION

PHILLIPS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for resisting arrest. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Sec. 38.03. Punishment was assessed by the court at 30 days in the county jail, probated, and a $100.00 fine.

The evidence adduced at trial revealed that on September 26, 1975, at approximately 11:30 a. m., the appellant, a 17-year-old Hillcrest High School student, was arrested for failure to identify himself to a police officer and for resisting...
