A jury found Arnold Stewart Clark guilty of burglary, murder, and two counts of robbery, and fixed his punishment at confinement in the State penitentiary for 10, 30, 20, and 20 years, respectively. The trial court entered judgment on the verdict. On appeal, the questions raised by Clark are whether the trial court erred in restricting his cross-examination of certain Commonwealth witnesses and in refusing to grant his proffered instruction cautioning...
