The plaintiffs have filed a motion for a preliminary injunction. The defendants have filed motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and, as to the defendants city of Milwaukee and board of zoning appeals, to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In addition, the defendant Donald O'Connell has filed a motion to dismiss to which the plaintiffs are not opposed...
