DONALD RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:

After trial to a jury, the defendant-appellant was found guilty of failing to report the abstraction of a document relating to the national defense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 793(f)(2).1 He was thereafter sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General of the United States for a term of three years. He has appealed alleging numerous errors. We affirm.
