The appeal at No. 77-2329 is from a final judgment of the district court adjudging the Sarbo Re-issue Patent No. 26,667 valid and infringed by certain foot socks sold by appellant Sondra, Inc., most or all of which were manufactured for Sondra by appellants Wedgewood Knitting Mills and Liberty Hosiery Mills, Inc.
