In 1975 plaintiff Richard Choate, an electrical contractor, filed separate complaints in the District Court to enforce mechanics' liens against defendant Gary Quintal and defendants Steven and Rose Adams in accordance with the remedy provided in 10 M.R.S.A. § 3255 (Supp.1977).
