He was found not guilty on three counts, the jury could not reach a verdict on four counts, but found him guilty on one count with a recommendation for misdemeanor punishment. He was sentenced to a term of eight years, three years to be served in the penitentiary and five on probation, and appeals, enumerating ten errors. We affirm.
