We overrule without discussion Respondent's contentions (1) that Article 30 of Chapter 7A of the General Statutes is unconstitutional because it was enacted prior to the time the Constitution was amended authorizing its enactment, (2) that the General Assembly unconstitutionally delegated its legislative powers to the Judicial Standards Commission, and (3) that the procedures followed by the Commission violate Respondent's due process rights under...
