After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of rape (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 11-1) and sentenced to not less than four years and no more than four years and a day in the penitentiary. On appeal, the following issues are raised: (1) Whether defendant was proven guilty of rape beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) whether defendant's sixth amendment right to cross-examine witnesses...
