Plaintiffs brought suit in trespass against defendant Dr. Helmick, alleging that he was guilty of medical malpractice. At the conclusion of an eight-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant.1 Thereafter, plaintiffs filed a motion for new trial, alleging that the court erred in affirming and reading to the jury certain points for charge submitted
