Appellant was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to an indeterminate term of fifteen to twenty-five years. The evidence shows that on August 15, 1975, appellant was arrested and brought to Bloomington City Court for arraignment on charges of malicious trespass and house-breaking to commit violence.
