Defendant Mister Donahue appeals his convictions and sentences for the crimes of second degree murder and armed robbery of Marshall Bond in 1973. For the second degree murder conviction he was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence for twenty years. For the armed robbery conviction he was sentenced to a consecutive ninety-nine years without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence...
