A jury in the circuit court of Clinton County found the defendant, Debra Kay Koch, guilty of two counts each of aggravated battery and cruelty to children. The defendant was sentenced to not less than one year nor more than three years for each count of aggravated battery with the sentences to run concurrently. No sentence was imposed for the two counts of cruelty...
