This is an appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment on a cross-action for damages for wrongful garnishment. Jerry Starkey, et al., filed a writ of garnishment before judgment against certain garnishees owing money to Rex Newsom. After hearing and before judgment on the merits, the court granted the writ.
