The defendant, Jack Nabbefeld, was charged with five counts of receiving and concealing stolen property in violation of sec. 943.34 (2), Stats.1

He was tried by a jury, and on April 14, 1976, was found guilty on two of the five counts. On these two counts he was sentenced to concurrent terms of thirty months, to be served in the Wisconsin State Prison. The jury was unable...
