Defendant Clyde Hovik became the president and major stockholder of defendant Cascade Packing, Inc. (hereafter Cascade) late in 1976. Plaintiffs Key and Morrison entered into cattle-purchase arrangements with Cascade whereby Cascade would have the use of the plaintiffs' money.
