After reconsideration of the petitions for rehearing and rehearing en banc, the Court is still of the opinion that the reversal of the lower Court decision was proper. The dissent raises the point that the majority opinion never reversed the District Court's finding that Brenda Aldacosta missed the step, rather than she slipped. In spite of our failure to use the word slip, the Court is of the opinion that no harm...
