WARD, Justice.

The beneficiary of three non-medical life insurance policies, each in the face amount of $1,000.00, sued to recover the proceeds. The Reliable Life Insurance Company, the insurer, defended and sought cancellation of the policies on grounds that the deceased and the insured, Mrs. Ozell Washington, had given false answers to certain questions in the applications, was not in good health when the policies issued, and that two of the policies...
