Following a bench trial, the court entered judgment in the amount of $39,588.96 for plaintiff, Public Electric Construction Company (Public), and against defendants, Hi-Way Electric Company (Hi-Way), and Robert Goodman. Judgment was also entered in Public's favor on defendants' counterclaim...
