Zaran Dunloy appeals from a judgment of the Southern District of New York, entered on May 3, 1978, after a jury trial before Judge Motley, convicting him of one count of unlawfully possessing cocaine with intent to distribute it, 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), and 841(b)(1)(B).
