Before the Court are motions to suppress illegally seized evidence advanced by both Defendants. Cofer and Brennan are charged with conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), Cofer as an aider and abettor on the latter charge.
