This is an appeal from judgment imposed upon defendant's conviction for felonious possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. The principal question presented is whether the court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence concerning 42.2 pounds of marijuana found in two suitcases on defendant's premises. We find no error.
