The appellants, Robert Lee Brown and Kenneth Lloyd Hill, were both convicted by a jury of robbery in the first degree (KRS 515.020), and each received a sentence of ten years imprisonment. Their appeal is based principally upon the trial court's failure to grant an evidentiary hearing on their motion to suppress evidence of eyewitness identification and evidence of incriminating statements made following their arrest.
