OPINION

RICHMOND, Chief Judge.

Appellant's conviction of voluntary manslaughter must be reversed under Mincey v. Arizona, 437 U.S. 385, 98 S.Ct. 2408, 57 L.Ed.2d 290 (1978). His motion to suppress evidence seized by the police in a warrantless search of his apartment was denied by the trial court in reliance on State v. Mincey, 115 Ariz. 472, 566 P.2d 273
